Due to a recent server upgrade the newsletters will take longer to load if you are using MSN as your web browser.  Also, old versions of Netscape will exhibit the same time delay.  The preferred browser for this site is Internet Explorer.

To view the newsletters quicker, right click on a newsletter link and click "Save target as...".  You will be prompted for a location on your computer to save the newsletter.  You may then view the newsletter offline using the PDF viewer.
